Welcoming a new member

New members are introduced to the club in a brief ceremony. Past RI President Ron Burton presented Maria "MaLu" Simon with her lapel pin while her sponsor, Brad Weiss looks on. New members start with a red name badge to help club members identify our newest members. After fulfilling three requirements (meeting all active members and obtaining their initials on an attendance sheet, attending a club board meeting to learn about how the club operates, and visiting a meeting of another Rotary club) new members trade in their red badge for a regular name badge.
