Taste of Evanston Grant Awards
On February 24, Evanston Lighthouse Rotary's Taste of Evanston will award $15,000 grants to Connections for the Homeless and Reba Place Development Corporation. Executive Directors Betty Bogg and Martha Burns will accept the grants on behalf of their organizations.
Funds were raised at the September 21, 2025 Taste of Evanston and support efforts to prevent homelessness and expand affordable housing in Evanston. Proceeds also support the philanthropic work of the Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club here at home and around the globe. The event brought together more than 500 attendees and featured 40+ local restaurants, breweries, and wine shops at the Evanston History Center (Dawes House).
